Simple Marketplace Template

Build a two-sided service marketplace with automatic email notifications - no developers needed.

Stop managing vendor and client connections manually. Use this template to create a working service marketplace that lets vendors list their services, connects them with interested clients, and sends automatic email notifications to both parties - all without writing code.

Whether you're building a marketplace for home services, consulting, freelance work, or professional services, this template gives you the core infrastructure to connect providers with clients automatically.

How this template works

This template uses Zapier Tables, Interfaces, and Zaps to create a functioning two-sided marketplace. Here's how it works:

  1. Service providers submit their listing through the 'Add Services' form, including their name, service type, and price.
  2. A Zap stores the submission in a Zapier Table with a unique identifier and all relevant details.
  3. The Interface displays all available services in a clean table view for potential clients to browse.
  4. A client fills out a contact form, selecting the service they're interested in from a dropdown.
  5. An automated email connects both parties - notifying the provider of the inquiry and confirming receipt to the client.

Once your Zaps are published, the workflow runs automatically - no manual steps needed.

  4. Publish the Interface and share the public URL with your vendors and clients.
